Ideal candidates will have experience with bindery functions, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and the Microsoft suite.

Qualifications

• Experience operating bindery equipment and maintaining machinery.
• Ability to interpret printing specifications and follow directions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud apps is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver high-volume print projects on schedule.
• Analyze work orders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with leadership on production schedules.
• Run print-ready files and apply appropriate finishing steps.
• Ensure quality standards and cost efficiencies throughout production.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
