Machinify is a leading healthcare intelligence company delivering value across the payment continuum. We are seeking a detail-driven Print Operations Technician to run high-volume printing and inserting equipment for member and client correspondence nationwide.

This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, security, and reliability in handling PHI. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining production printers and inserters, managing inventory, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced production or production-line environment.
• Ability to handle confidential PHI materials.
• Proficiency with Windows-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate letter-inserting equipment and production printers to produce high-volume member and client correspondence accurately and on schedule.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on inserting and printing equipment.
• Handle PHI and other confidential materials per HIPAA and data privacy policies.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of client letterhead, envelopes, and supplies, and place reorders to prevent production interruptions.
• Identify, communicate, and implement process improvements that increase quality, accuracy, and throughput.
• Maintain accurate reports and production documentation.
• Support client implementations and special projects as assigned by management.
