Job summary

PrimeTalent's client, a Dallas law firm, seeks a detail-oriented paralegal to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, or another high-volume legal practice, and be capable of handling large caseloads in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage and maintain numerous files, prepare and review documents, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with attorneys, clients and courts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a high-volume practice.
• Bankruptcy or creditors' rights experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with legal technology and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a high volume of legal files and cases.
• Prepare, review, and process legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, and other parties.
• Maintain accurate case records and update case management systems.
• Support attorneys and the legal team with day-to-day case management.
