Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain KRGC Gaming License.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment such as mixers and slicers.
• Proficient with broilers and griddles; familiarity with all cook stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook basic food orders per recipes; ensure appealing presentation.
• Assist Chef/Sous Chef and F&B Manager with daily specials.
• Prepare cold items and garnishes; manage portioning and food costs.
• Maintain cleanliness and efficiency; monitor quality and guest satisfaction.
