Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and guidelines.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned kitchen stations before, during, and after service.
• Perform prep work such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and sauces.
• Maintain flavor, portion size, temperature, and presentation consistency.
• Monitor ticket times and execute orders efficiently during peak service.
• Follow FIFO and inventory practices to minimize waste and maintain quality.
• Keep workstation clean, sanitary, and compliant with health regulations.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and surfaces throughout shifts.
• Communicate with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house for timely execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or issues to leadership.
