Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at Prisma Health Oconee in Seneca, SC. You will direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure policy and quality standards are followed.

Required: 5 years of high-volume cooking experience; leadership experience preferred. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and producing reports for management. Benefits available; pay $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5 years of previous high-volume cooking experience is required.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
