Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor at Prisma Health Oconee in Seneca, SC. The role requires 5 years of high-volume cooking experience with leadership experience preferred, and offers training, shift premium, and full benefits.

Schedule is Thursday through Monday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, with full benefits and opportunities for growth within Morrison Healthcare.

Competenze

• 5 years of high-volume cooking experience required.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance and reward or discipline as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management ensuring quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
