Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or lead cook.
• Background in high-volume, full-service kitchens.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Solid grasp of food safety and cost controls.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Run the line during peak volume service.
• Train, coach, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Manage food costs and minimize waste.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Partner with the Executive Chef on menu execution.
