Job summary

Qualifications

  • Prior cooking experience, preferably in a high volume setting.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Follow weekly cycle menus and production worksheets.
  • Prepare hot and cold food using standardized recipes.
  • Record daily food, refrigeration and dishwasher temperatures.
  • Ensure sanitation and cleaning of serving areas.
