NavSav Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Spring, TX. This role drives new business through high-volume outbound calls to existing prospect lists, focusing on warm conversations rather than closing policies directly.

You will identify interest, gather information, transfer qualified opportunities to licensed producers, document activity in CRM, and meet daily transfer targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, call center, or outbound sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-volume dialing environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective customers from provided call lists.
• Re-engage prospects and introduce personal lines insurance solutions.
• Identify interest, gather key information, and qualify opportunities.
• Build rapport quickly and effectively with potential clients over the phone.
• Warm transfer qualified prospects to licensed producers for quoting and closing.
• Accurately document call activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and transfer targets.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain persistence in outreach efforts.
• Follow all compliance and regulatory guidelines in outreach practices.
