Job summary

Just Energy in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Manager to oversee high-volume order fulfillment, returns processing, and product refurbishment at our Houston facility. You will ensure accurate outbound logistics, from label printing to carrier pickup, while maintaining inventory integrity through refurbishment standards.

The role requires proficiency with WMS/IMS and ShipStation, lifting up to 50 pounds daily, and on-site work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume e-commerce fulfillment and refurbishment.
• Proficiency with WMS, IMS, and ShipStation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds daily and operate in a warehouse.
• Forklift certification and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily Fulfillment: high-volume picking and packing for carrier pickup.
• Shipping Management: daily label printing and carrier coordination.
• Returns & Systems: process returns in CRM and IMS for data accuracy.
• Product Refurbishment: refurbish, disassemble and reassemble items.
• 5S Methodology: maintain organized workspace following 5S principles.
