Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years in FOH supervision in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on leader who sets an example on shift.
• Knowledge of FOH staffing, side work, opening/closing procedures.
• Experience with POS and waitlist systems (Aloha, Toast, SevenRooms).
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout visits.
• Oversee dining room, host stand, bar and bakery FOH operations.
• Lead and support servers, bussers, hosts, bartenders, runners, and bakery staff.
• Coach staff, run pre-shift meetings, and train on service standards and Greek offerings.
• Manage seating flow, large party coordination, and waitlist strategy.
• Handle cash, run daily openings, midday, and closings with accuracy.
• Coordinate with BOH and bakery for smooth operations.
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and food safety in all FOH areas.
• Assist scheduling, time-off requests, and performance management.
