Superfoods in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced server/cocktail staff member to deliver a high-energy dining experience. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, and execute steps of service at the table.

The role requires 2 years in a similar setting or 1 year in fine dining, knowledge of Spirits and Wine, basic POS skills, and strong English communication. Teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Formación

• 2-year experience as a server/cocktail in a similar, high-volume restaurant environment or 1-year experience in a fine dining establishment required.
• Must have working knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food.
• Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Good communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read in English proficiently.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a high stress & high-volume environment.
• Ability to follow directions well, make quick decisions, and keep organized under pressure.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, energetic and a willing learner.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting guests in a positive, friendly manner and making them feel welcome.
• Guiding guests through all phases of their experience.
• Exhibiting proper menu knowledge, selling techniques and service delivery of beverages and menu items.
• Deliver to guest table according to steps of service.
• Assist in running items, bussing tables and setting tables when necessary.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of side stations, tables and POS stations.
• Effective communication with management and staff to address issues and requests.
