Caesars New Orleans invites applications for a Food Server at Manning's Sports Bar and Grill. You will deliver fast, friendly, professional service to guests in a high-volume setting, taking orders, delivering meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous food server experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must possess excellent customer service/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes each guest seated in assigned station and takes orders within 2 minutes.
• Maintains current information on menu, preparations, ingredients and presentation.
• Suggests menu items based on guest preferences and verifies orders.
• Upsells appetizers, beverages and desserts per service standards and enters orders accurately.
• Delivers food within two minutes of production and checks guest satisfaction within three minutes.
• Resolves service issues using the service recovery toolbox.
• Itemizes totals, presents the check, thanks guests and invites return visits.
• Keeps tables and station clean; assists bus staff as needed and maintains sanitation.
