Caesars Entertainment at the Horseshoe Tunica Casino is seeking a friendly server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with speed and accuracy. You will maintain menu knowledge, suggest items, and ensure high guest satisfaction through attentive service.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in serving and a neat appearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; serving experience preferred.
• Effective English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene required.
• Read, understand and follow recipes and procedures precisely.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take initial order within 2 minutes of seating.
• Maintain current information on menu items and preparation techniques.
• Suggest items based on guest preferences and up-sell according to standards.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and deliver to guests promptly.
• Ensure guests are satisfied and return to the table for feedback.
• Assist bus personnel and maintain clean, safe workstation.
• Follow health and safety standards and sanitation requirements.
• Complete assigned side work and present checks to customers.
• Provide personalized service and use guests' names and preferences.
• Adhere to Caesars Entertainment standards and safety programs.
