Job summary

CaduceusMedicalRecruitment seeks Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a well-established, high-volume emergency department within a large integrated health care system. The role offers strong clinical support, a collaborative environment, and highly desirable schedules.

Practitioners will work in a high-acuity ED with solid subspecialty backup, opportunities for teaching medical students and residents, and a robust support infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine.
• Experience in high-volume emergency department practice.
• Willing to teach and mentor trainees in a teaching environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a high-volume, high-acuity setting.
• Evaluate and treat a wide range of acute and emergent conditions.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care coordination.
• Participate in shift-based scheduling with structured time off.
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers in fast-track and ED settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and departmental development.
• Optional involvement in teaching and mentorship of trainees.
