Caduceus Medical Recruitment is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a well-established, high-volume ED within a large integrated healthcare system. This opportunity offers strong clinical support, a collaborative environment, and highly desirable schedules.

Physicians will practice in a high-acuity ED with robust specialty support and multidisciplinary care, with options for full- or part-time employment and a flexible block-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine.
• Ability to practice in a high-volume, high-acuity ED.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a high-volume, high-acuity setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute emergencies.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care coordination.
• Participate in shift-based scheduling with structured time off.
• Supervise advanced practice providers in fast-track and ED settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and department development.
• Optional involvement in teaching and mentorship of trainees.
