Job summary

Trinity Services Group is hiring a Cook to prepare hot and cold items with strict adherence to recipes and safety standards. You will manage your station, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and work with the team to deliver quality meals.

Ideal candidates have atleast 1 year cooking experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and knowledge of food handling regulations. Competitive benefits and daily pay options are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List at start of shift for duties and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment for service.
• Safely use kitchen utensils and operate ovens, stoves, slicers and mixers.
• Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Communicate with team to produce dishes in a timely manner.
