• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintaining correct temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and follows safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists with ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance needs or equipment issues to supervision.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers.
