Compass Group USA's Eurest division is hiring a full-time COOK at FedEx World HQ in Memphis, TN. The role involves preparing high-volume meals and adhering to safety standards; the schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, on-site.

We offer training and an internal referral bonus. The successful candidate will have prior high-volume cooking experience and a strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and food safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Prior high volume cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Maintains cleanliness and follows safe food-handling procedures; stores or discards excess food per standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and maintains proper presentation and serving temperatures.
