Job summary

Eurest at the FedEx Air Operations Center in Memphis is hiring immediately for a full-time Food Unit Lead to coordinate the activities of other food-service employees and create an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff and visitors.

You will supervise food preparation and service, ensure presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control, train staff, assign work, and manage schedules; you will also handle daily reports and cash handling per policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service leadership preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure service standards.
• Basic food safety awareness.
