Qualifications

• Breakfast and lunch grill experience required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following standard service steps.
• Uses established recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Stores foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating and safety procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas and equipment to ensure sanitation.
• Attends safety meetings and reports concerns to supervisor.
