Miller’s Ale House is hiring cooks to prepare a variety of dishes in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. The role requires adherence to recipes, strong food safety practices, and a willingness to work late nights and weekends.

Formación

• Arrives to work on time in full, clean uniform.
• Fulfills all cook job responsibilities to contribute to a seamless shift.
• Understands our menu to address questions, including allergy concerns.
• Follows recipes while cooking and upholds specs for presentation.
• Satisfies food handling and safety compliance.
• End-of-shift side work and restocking responsibilities.
• Experience in full-service restaurant is preferred.
• 3 yrs high-volume experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items to standard specifications.
• Follow recipes and maintain quality and consistency across dishes.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety throughout shift.
• Assist with end-of-shift duties and stock levels.
• Address guest questions about menu and ingredients.
