Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean all dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, and pots/pans.
• Maintain proper food handling procedures and sanitation of work areas.
• Collect dirty dishes from both FOH and BOH areas.
• Provide support to cooks and other staff as needed.
• Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness, including taking out trash.
