Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Service Bartender to manage bar operations across casino outlets. You will set up bars, take orders, handle cash, and ensure timely, accurate service with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inventory you manage, supervising bar back staff, and maintaining cleanliness and beverage quality in line with ABC and gaming regulations. Experience in a high-volume setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; professional bartending training desirable.
• 6–12 months of bartending experience in a high-volume operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up bars and handle all cash transactions.
• Open and close inventories of stock.
• Take orders from guests and servers and serve accurately and timely.
• Keep bar area clean and orderly; monitor stock levels.
• Direct and observe bar back staff; uphold policy on guest limitations.
• Ensure guests have a favorable gaming experience and maintain appearance standards.
