You will manage transactions, maintain cleanliness, and comply with liquor and gaming regulations while delivering exceptional service. The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), Ramp certification, and the ability to stand for long periods in a smoke-filled environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid license as required by the State Gaming Agency.
• Ramp certified.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to carry and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to work in a smoky environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service.
• Guide guest experience by knowing concept products and menu items.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure receipts are provided to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas.
• Adhere to all liquor regulations and gaming requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
