    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
    - Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in line with service standards
    - Handle basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and updates
    - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services for assigned clients
    - Analyze customer service needs and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
    - Work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends in a 24/7 call center

    What is Required (Qualifications):
