What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in line with service standards
- Handle basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and updates for assigned clients
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively
- Enter required data into client systems and databases while analyzing customer service needs
- Collaborate with other departments for unresolved customer issues and escalations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 2 years
- Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and applications
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
- Must be comfortable being on camera during work hours
