What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone to provide problem resolution in accordance with service standards
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests including card activations and address updates
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products and services to analyze customer needs
- Utilize computerized data entry systems to document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues
- Work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends, and maintain on-camera presence during work hours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 2 years
- Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and relevant applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Capacity to follow detailed instructions and established procedures under close supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the payment solutions industry
- Familiarity with Graphic User Interface (GUI) systems
- Ability to handle routine to semi-routine assignments with minimal decision-making
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures related to customer service
- Experience working in a 24/7 call center environment
