Job summary

Telgian is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage full-cycle billing for multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced setting. You will process invoices, credits, adjustments, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

You will collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve discrepancies, respond to billing questions, and support month- and year-end close tasks while maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in billing, accounts receivable/payable, or related finance functions.
• Experience with invoices, credits, billing adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Experience in high-volume environments and meeting deadlines.
• Experience working in a financial system/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle billing for multiple customer accounts, including invoices, credits, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Review billing data, contracts, POs, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete billing cycles on time.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing inquiries and issues.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities with assigned tasks and reporting.
