Job summary

The Henry, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is seeking a bartender in Plano, TX. The role requires 2+ years of high-volume bartending, strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails, excellent guest hospitality, and the ability to work with POS systems and OpenTable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years high-volume recent bartending experience.
• Excellent communication and guest hospitality.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Know the menu and make genuine recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; basic cocktails.
• Maintain clean work area and manage high-volume calmly.
• Adapt to on-the-fly requests; follow laws and policies.
• Available weekends and some holidays; able to fill in as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide great hospitality and guest service.
• Know menu, make genuine recommendations.
• Handle beer, wine, and spirits knowledge during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind bar.
• Work calmly in a high-volume environment.
• Respond to requests with poise; operate POS and OpenTable.
