Job summary

Dream Nashville is seeking capable bartenders who can craft beverages to guests’ specifications in a fast-paced setting. A passion for hospitality and strong guest service skills are essential, with experience in Micros and extensive cocktail training advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities include promoting drinks, handling cash, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service with a friendly attitude to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of beverage knowledge.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant is a must.
• Must have a working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and common drink recipes.

Responsibilities

• Knows all drink recipes, wines by the glass, and menu and prices to effectively promote to guests.
• Performs duties in accordance with established policies for drink size, recipe, and glassware.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Handle cash transactions according to the property’s cash handling policy.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel culture, amenities, events, and local services.
• Provides prompt, friendly service and works as part of a team.
• Communicates with FOH and BOH staff and supports colleagues.
