Job summary

Casino Del Sol in Tucson, AZ is seeking a friendly, guest-focused bartender to provide beverage service in a fast-paced, high-volume casino environment. You will mix and serve drinks, handle payments, and maintain a clean, organized bar area with compliance to safety and alcohol regulations.

Training and certification support is available for the right candidate. This role requires excellent guest interaction, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited or state licensed bartending school OR one (1) year bartending experience OR two (2) years bar back experience, including a combination of one (1) year guest service and money handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Offers warm, sincere welcome and farewell to guests using their name when possible and maintaining eye contact.
• Communicates clearly with guests using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language at all times.
• Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes.
• Rings orders into the POS system promptly, processes payments, and makes change.
• Maintains clean, stocked bar areas and glassware in accordance with standards.
• Performs opening/closing inventories of spirits and supports a fast, courteous service environment.
• Resolves guest complaints diplomatically and seeks supervisor assistance as needed.
• Works as a team to support an attractive bar display and a positive atmosphere.
