Job summary

Casino Del Sol in Tucson is seeking an experienced bartender to deliver welcoming beverage service in a fast-paced setting. You will craft cocktails and pour drinks for guests, maintain accurate POS transactions, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards at the bar.

The role requires knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, cash handling, and the ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest experiences in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a certification from an accredited bartending program or two years of bartending experience, or two years as a bar back with guest service and money handling.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Must obtain Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness cards within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, professional beverage service.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes.
• Ring drink orders into POS, handle cash, and give accurate change.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of bar area and glassware.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
