Job summary

Xfinity Live!. Budweiser Brew House in St. Louis is seeking an experienced Bartender to join a high-volume venue within the LIVE! district. You will craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, take orders, and ensure a fun, professional guest experience.

Responsibilities include promoting current promotions, checking IDs, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records of items and tips. Candidates should be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years bartending experience at high-volume bars/nightclubs.
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, and garnishments.
• Formal bartending training preferred.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Alcohol awareness certification or valid food service permit as required by local or state.
• Reading and writing abilities for taking orders and paperwork.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an energetic, outgoing, fun personality while maintaining professionalism.
• Mix ingredients and prepare cocktails and other drinks according to drink recipe.
• Serve wine, and bottled or draft beer.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or from guests.
• Check guests’ identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption.
• Present and encourage current promotions to guests.
• Accurately record and account for all items ordered and secure payment from guest.
• Accurately account for all sales and receipts and record tips as outlined in company policies and procedures.
