Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve guests efficiently following service steps, prepare cocktails, pour beer and wine, and make beverage recommendations.
• Assist with food running to bar area guests.
• Prep and stock bar for service periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep glasses, tools, utensils, and bar equipment clean.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and accompaniments.
• Suggest beverages based on guest preferences and needs.
• Stay informed on beer, wine, and liquor selections.
• Handle payments accurately following cash procedures.
• Keep bar area and coolers clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as needed.
