Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Class A Transmission Lineman to install, maintain, and repair high-voltage transmission lines across the United States. The role requires climbing poles and towers, operating bucket trucks and other equipment, and adhering to strict safety protocols.

You will work in varied weather conditions, conduct inspections, respond to outages, and collaborate with crew to ensure reliable power delivery while complying with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Completion of an accredited lineman apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
• Ability to climb poles and towers and work at heights.
• Knowledge of electrical transmission systems, OSHA regulations, and safety protocols.
• Physical ability to perform strenuous manual labor outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair high-voltage transmission lines and equipment.
• Climb poles and transmission towers for inspections and upgrades.
• Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and tensioning devices.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies to minimize risks.
• Collaborate with team to plan and execute projects, including outage restoration.
