Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical testing experience in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to travel globally to customer locations and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead high voltage testing in the lab for sample, routine, FAT and R&D tests.
• Prepare and issue detailed test plans and final reports.
• Coordinate with customer representatives and internal teams during testing.
• Maintain calibration and reliability of testing equipment.
• Develop and maintain test procedures and work instructions.
• Support and train laboratory staff in HV testing methods.
