Arizona Public Service Company (APS) is actively seeking a Substation Journeyman for its Four Corners-based operations. The role requires qualification as a journeyman, completion of an apprenticeship, and a valid Class A CDL with DOT readiness.

You will perform high voltage substation duties and support switching orders in a safety-conscious environment. Travel may be required for remote locations, and a DOT exam will be part of the pre-employment process.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must qualify as a Substation Journeyman.
• Completion of a Registered Apprenticeship Program plus one year experience as Substation Journeyman is required.
• CDL Class A license with ability to meet DOT requirements is required; a CDL permit is acceptable temporarily and must convert to a full license.
• Provide documentation of apprenticeship or supervisory letters as applicable.
