Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America, Inc. is seeking a talented individual for project management in electric vehicle development. The role includes managing suppliers, coordinating prototype development, and executing test plans to support high voltage systems.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in automotive component development, specifically within electric vehicles. Strong communication skills and a valid US driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of electric vehicle experience.
• Familiar with core engineering processes such as DFMEA, PFMEA, etc.
• Valid US driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage tier 1 suppliers and their activity within high voltage system projects.
• Plan and manage development activities in support of project plans and budgets.
• Execute test plans, analyze and resolve development issues.
