Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer engineering, physics, or related STEM field.
• 1+ years of power converter development experience in academic or professional settings.
• Experience with magnetics and custom transformers/inductors, including planar magnetics.
• Experience in modeling, simulation, and testing of power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware from concept through high-volume production and ground station operation.
• Design power converters that support HV levels and reliable operation in harsh environments.
• Collaborate with RF, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing teams to optimize power electronics hardware.
• Lead verification planning and testing for electrical power systems.
• Rapidly iterate designs to inform higher-level system trades and direction.
• Interact with embedded devices, telemetry, and system controls during development.
