Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a Level 4 Apprentice who can operate at a near-Journeyman level and is actively preparing to obtain a Journeyman Electrician license. You will independently complete most electrical installations while mentoring junior apprentices and supporting field supervision.

The role offers nationwide project opportunities, with assignments typically lasting 4 to 10 months. In addition to hourly pay, a daily per diem will help with living expenses during assignments.

Qualifications

• Requires working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and coordinating with supervision.
• Comfortable leading small crews and mentoring apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Independently install complete electrical systems.
• Plan daily work activities and read project drawings.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and ensure NEC compliance.
• Install and terminate switchgear, transformers, motor controls, and distribution equipment.
• Coordinate inspections and lead small crews when assigned.
• Train and mentor junior apprentices and assist with scheduling.
