PACK Power LLC seeks a Level 4 Apprentice to advance toward a Journeyman Electrician license, capable of independently completing most electrical installations while mentoring junior apprentices and assisting field supervision. The role involves nationwide project opportunities with per diem support and requires NEC proficiency, strong problem-solving, and coordination with field teams.

• Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and ensure quality.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking in project environments.

Responsibilities

• Install complete electrical systems independently.
• Plan daily work activities.
• Read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting.
• Install/terminate switchgear, transformers, motor controls, and distribution equipment.
• Ensure NEC compliance.
• Coordinate inspections and corrections.
• Lead small crews when assigned.
• Train and mentor junior apprentices.
• Assist with scheduling and material planning.
• Prepare for Journeyman licensing examination.
