• Ability to interpret drawings, create BOMs, and perform tolerance analyses.
• Willingness to travel for vendor visits, testing, or track support.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical components, subsystems, wire harnesses, and HV systems.
• Create 3D/2D models and engineering calculations to meet targets.
• Support prototype builds, assembly trials, and manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams throughout development.
• Maintain BOMs, drawings, and documentation; support DFMs.
• Troubleshoot design and build issues and meet deadlines.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and problem-solving.
