Job summary

Silhouette Security Group is seeking professional security officers in California to deter and report incidents while delivering strong customer service. Officers must stay flexible to fill assignments, events, and last-minute shifts as required.

All guards should be BSIS certified where required by law, maintain a professional appearance, and uphold each client’s security policies to ensure safety and order across sites.

Qualifications

• Requires BSIS-issued Guard Card
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• California ID/Driver's License required
• Reliable transportation required
• Prior military, security, or customer service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Protect the company’s property and personnel, maintaining a secure environment
• Preserve order and enforce site policies for personnel and visitors
• Monitor alarm systems or video cameras and operate detection equipment
• Patrol building and perimeter regularly
• Manage access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• Record detailed notes of unusual occurrences or incidents
• Protect evidence or scenes during accidents or investigations
