Qualifications

• Prior underwriting experience is desirable.
• Prior inspection experience on residential homes is desirable.
• Must have high-speed internet.
• A reliable vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Professionally interact with homeowners and insurance agents.
• Drive to conduct property surveys as per guidelines.
• Document construction materials and unique home features.
• Generate an estimated replacement value of the home.
