Base Pay Range

$75,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Position Overview

The Sullivan Agency specializes in protecting families with products such as life insurance, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, index universal life, and more. Our new agents can earn up to $75,000-$150,000 per year, even without prior sales experience. We provide a proven system and leads, eliminating cold calling.

We are looking for individuals with a growth mindset, resilience, a positive attitude, self-motivation, coachability, and a strong work ethic. Alignment with our core values is essential. This role requires a laptop or computer with a video camera, high-speed internet, a smartphone, and an insurance license (we assist in obtaining one if accepted).

Compensation & Benefits

This is a 100% commission-based role. Additionally, we offer up to $7,000 in cash bonuses and an all-expenses-paid trip worth $8,000 based on sales within the first 90 days.
