Job summary

Fullmer Consulting is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a lean team of four closers and personally close high-ticket deals. The role starts remote with an in-office preference in San Antonio, TX, and relocation is encouraged.

You will build KPI dashboards and refine scripts while aligning sales with marketing to maximize performance. You bring 3+ years in high-ticket sales leadership, a proven closing record of $20K+ offers, and experience coaching or educating buyers in online programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing high-ticket sales teams.
• Proven track record closing $20K+ offers over the phone.
• Background in coaching, consulting, online education, or information products is strongly required.
• Experience managing teams that sell at multiple price points or product tiers.
• CRM fluency (GHL is a strong plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly performance of a team of 4 closers.
• Personally close inbound high-ticket leads ($40K coaching program) while the team grows.
• Build and own KPI dashboards, rep scorecards, and accountability processes inside Go High Level (GHL).
• Create or refine scripts, objection handles, and follow-up sequences across both high-ticket and mid-ticket products.
• Identify gaps in the current structure and recommend solutions.
• Bridge sales and marketing with structured feedback on lead quality, ad performance, and webinar friction.
