Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time in-home sales role in the Cleveland, OH market. You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging presentations, and grow through elite training and mentorship with promotion from within.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven quota track record.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for in-home visits.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals with pre-qualified prospects.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
