Qualifications

• High-ticket or consultative sales experience is preferred.
• Professional presentation with homeowners.
• Comfort working entirely on commission.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead every opportunity to a real yes or no.
• Accurate, marginable pricing and complete contracts.
• Clean handoff to Production with a signed file.
• Build your own self-generated pipeline in your territory.
• Set honest homeowner expectations for price, scope, and timeline.
• Maintain same-day CRM entry to ensure accurate pipeline data.
